Please take the time to review the notes below so that you are well informed of guest expectations and code of conduct for the resort.

  • Remember that you are not in the United States, and different laws and consequences apply, including prison for certain violations.
  • Drinking and driving, even if in a golf cart, will be considered a serious vehicular infraction and will be dealt with according to the DUI laws of The Bahamas.
  • Illegal drug use in any form will result in arrests and prosecution. Marijuana, for example, is NOT legalized in The Bahamas.
  • All indoor resort areas including the Casino are non-smoking, which includes vaping.
  • Damaging property, anywhere, will be dealt with to the fullest extent of the law, including fines, and fees to repair the damage and/or prosecution.
  • Excessive noise after the hour of 11pm will be dealt with as a public disturbance and may result in removal from your accommodations, without a refund.
  • Fighting or physical confrontations resulting in fighting will result in fines and/or prosecution. Acts of Public misconduct will be dealt with accordingly.
  • The legal age for drinking and/or gambling is 18, be responsible. Underage drinking or gambling will be dealt with according to the laws of The Bahamas and the Gaming Commission.
  • Theft of property, including golf carts will result in security/police interaction and fines.
  • Help maintain the beauty of the island and do not litter. Please find one of the many trash receptacles located throughout all resort areas.
  • Respect the local Police and Security enforcement personnel.
  • The Casino does not operate 24 hours a day, please make sure to cash in any chips, slot tickets, and/or sports betting slips at the end of each night.
  • Return all beach towels to designated bins to ensure adequate supply available for following days. Any beach towels not returned will result in a $25 charge to the guest room account.
