HILTON AT RESORTS WORLD BIMINI TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS FOR ENTERING THE BAHAMAS

As of Sunday, June 19, 2022, travelers will no longer need to apply for a Bahamas Travel Health Visa in order to enter the country.

UPDATED COVID-19 TESTING PROTOCOLS

Showing your fully vaccinated card and valid passport, vaccinated travelers can now travel to Bimini without needing a pre-arrival or departure COVID test.  All unvaccinated travelers ages 2 and older will be required to obtain a negative COVID-19 test — either a negative RT-PCR test or a Rapid Antigen test — taken no more than three days (72 hours) prior to travel and present the negative test results at check-in before travel to The Bahamas.

To assist with preventing the spread of COVID-19 and reduce the risk of exposure, registered guests will need to follow these government protocols:

VACCINATED TRAVELERS

UNVACCINATED TRAVELERS

CRUISE PASSENGERS

All travelers entering The Bahamas on a cruise ship (excludes ferry), will be subjected to the testing requirements mandates by the cruise line and approved by the Competent Authority.

Additionally, we recommend all travelers to review international re-entry requirements, some of which are listed below.

RETURNING TO THE US:

Effective June 12, 2022, U.S citizens and international travelers ages two years and older returning to the United States are not required to present a negative Rapid Antigen or COVID-19 RT-PCR test.

As of June 12, 2022, the CDC will no longer require air passengers traveling from a foreign country to the United States to show a negative COVID-19 viral test or documentation of recovery from COVID-19 before they board their flight.
