Bahamas Boating Fees 2026

We are pleased to share updated information regarding the 2026 cruising and anchorage fee structure! Effective April 1, 2026, the revised regulations introduce new duration-of-stay options, expanded re-entry allowances, and a more streamlined, accessible fee schedule for visiting vessels.

Cruising Permit Fees | Regulation 91

30-Day Temporary Cruising Permit

Pleasure vessels are subject to the following fees:

  • Up to 30 ft: $150
  • Over 30 ft up to 50 ft: $250
  • Over 50 ft up to 100 ft: $350
  • Over 100 ft: $600

Note: 30-day permits do not include free re-entry.

6-Month Temporary Cruising Permit

  • Up to 50 ft: $300
  • Over 50 ft up to 100 ft: $750
  • Over 100 ft: $2,000

Note: Includes 1 free re-entry within the permit period.

12-Month Temporary Cruising Permit

  • Up to 50 ft: $500
  • Over 50 ft up to 100 ft: $1,000
  • Over 100 ft: $3,000

Note: Includes 2 free re-entries within the permit period.

Anchorage Fees | Regulation 91B

Applies to foreign pleasure vessels entering The Bahamas that are not docking at a marina.


30-Day Permit (Anchorage Fees)

  • Up to 30 ft: $50
  • Over 30 ft up to 100 ft: $100
  • Over 100 ft: $200

6-Month Permit (Anchorage Fees)

  • Up to 50 ft: $150
  • Over 50 ft up to 100 ft: $350
  • Over 100 ft: $1,000

12-Month Permit (Anchorage Fees)

  • Up to 50 ft: $200
  • Over 50 ft up to 100 ft: $350
  • Over 100 ft: $1,500

Important:
Only vessels that are not docking at a marina are subject to anchorage fees.

FDCC Anchorage Fees | Regulation 91B

Applies to pleasure vessels entering The Bahamas under an FDCC:

  • Up to 50 ft: $200
  • Over 50 ft up to 100 ft: $350
  • Over 100 ft: $1,500

Note:
Anchorage fees under FDCC are valid for two (2) years.
